”First of all the we were looking forward to a relaxing swim after a long drive & found the pool was closed for maintenance but there were folded towels in the chairs. We were there for 3 days & didn't see anyone working on it.
We were on 4th floor & had to go to first floor to get ice because the machine on 4th & 3rd floor were out of order. Had notes on the machines to go to first floor.
Parking area in the back & at the end of the building lacked lighting, very dark
Buffet was good. Enjoyed...

”There was hair on the toilet when we got there, the room was filled with this thick, musk, overwhelming oder. Breakfast was a joke, my lady friend and i didnt dare partake in. Found left over trash in room from the last guest, and roaches in the halls. The lights went out in the entire property and we could here guests walking up and down the halls past our room being loud, and childish about the whole situation. Will definitely not be returing to this property.”

”Worst hotel I’ve ever been too. Room and hotel extremely run down, bed was torn and had poop stains on the comforter, shower tub was cracked and leaking, some gross sticky substance on counter top, hotel apparently ran out of shampoo and told me I had to go to to the store at 10pm if I wanted to shower. When asking to to cancel my reservation Gigi who was useless offered me another room after lying earlier saying they were completely booked up and tried putting me in an equally disgusting room....
