”Wetherly Inn has been the highlight of my stay on Salt Spring Island. It is a beautifully crafted, family run but very sophisticated luxury boutique hotel. Very secluded and romantic both the room and the gardens/pool etc., so much that the hotel is the best choice for romantic couples I believe. It gave me the chance to rest and take a refuge from the busy daily life as a solo traveler. ”Quiet, restful and just the island retreat we needed. The host was excellent and there if we needed anything. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom well equipped with anything me might have needed. The deck had a great view looking east to Galiano Island. The house is 13 minutes from Ganges and we regularly saw deer beside the road close to the house.”

My room was clean and I was surprised to see that I had a view of the ocean and my own private deck (I had booked a city view). The bistro downstairs serves good coffee, tasty baked goods and gelato and the hotel is within easy walking distance of local shops and the beach. I would definitely stay there again.”
