”Room was clean but you could tell it hasn't been DEEP cleaned in a while. Bed was comfy, breakfast was meh, ok if you cant afford to go out and need to save a few bucks. People living on the property. Walls are super thin and talking in the hallway sounds like they were right in our rooms. I couldnt tell if the full hour long conversation in the hall and constant slamming doors was guests, staff, residence, or what. I'd stay here again but only if nothing else was available. ”

”Room felt neglected- no shower curtain, TV did not work, walls and screen window was shabby - I kinda expected some neglect - this seemed like too much. Then saw the smoke detector cover was missing and lost confidence in it’s safety so left and booked at another location. ”

”Room was spotless and very nice but shade was broken and wouldn't close so the room was hard to sleep in with the city lights. They offer d to fix it but didn't want someone coming to the room before bed. Amazing location for a show at chubb and wandering the city. Breakfast was pretty terrible- cold eggs, and basically continental. Was hoping for more from a hotel like this. ”

”When i arrived the parking & walking area was a sheet of ice. When i got to my room the thermostat was set to full max. It felt like a 110 degree sauna. I Tried to turn down the heat but the room was so hot that it would have taken all night to cool down enough. To remain clothed, I attempted to open a window to let some heat out only to find the windows screwed shut. I asked for another room but was told that i ciuld not have one. I tried to take a cool shower because i was sweating so badly...

”Staff was awesome, showers were awesome. The beds were a bit too hard for us but the rooms were very clean!”

”This was a nice place to stay, 22 minutes from Pat's Peak. We skied there as a family then went out to the Common Man Restaurant which is 3 minutes from the hotel, there was a pool and free breakfast. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet, I'd stay there again. The staff was very friendly.”

”Basically this is one of the nicest places we've ever stayed and this is our second time staying there. The rooms are immaculate everything's immaculate which is kind of one of the reasons. Why is because the place is brand spanking new.Chris Viude has some of the best food in the area hands down?. He changed his menu seasonally so now we're getting close to spring so the menu will be changing quite a bit for the spring so we look forward to coming up for that as well too. The prices right now...

”The room was freezing when I arrived and it took hours for it to warm up. There was NO coffee with the continental breakfast. The staff was nice. The room was ok albeit unacceptably cold.”
