”Waterslide was advertised, but not available. Hotel was having renovations done, so there was a lot of construction debris and noise. Renovations were not noted during booking.”

”Pool could use a heat pump it was colder ther the lake but otherwise our stay and view was awesome!”

”They did have forks and spoons in the lobby though. The pool was nice and the hot tub was functional. There were poop stains on the sheets. The TV was miswired so I had to fix it. The doors wouldn't open on the first scan. I had to try 3-4 times because the doors were warped. When I was checking in, the guy in front of me had to get a new room because the bed in the room that he just checked in to was broken. The handle for the shower has to be pulled out of the way to start water flow but...

”This was one of the worst places I have stayed in my over 50 years. I wasn’t expecting much but I do at least want clean and comfortable. We walked in and our room just reeked ! I dropped the key and it went under the dresser, went to get it and just filthy . Needless to say we didn’t go barefoot . Mattress was stained, bath mat was stained, tub was gross, furniture looked in pretty rough shape , no place to plug in phone near the bed … we would have left if everything around was not booked...

”Security at the property? I got to the site around 1130 pm and there was an active theft happening in the parking lot, the guy ran off when i pulled in. I reported it to the receptionist and he did a great job handling it. Was a little taken back to learn that there were no cameras on the front of the building towards the parking lot. Then the next day at my meeting a person there said that he had stayed there a few weeks ago and his truck was broken into, and another guy said that it happens...

”New mattresses were comfy. Shower curtain well worn. Unfortunately, the hot tub had been removed and paved over. However, the pictures still show the hot tub. Breakfast: Egg patties were dry on the edges and not very warm. Juice machine out of order.”
