”The house was just as described with all the comforts of home- dishes, towels, pots and pans, games, foil, wrap, seasonings... and the washer and dryer and wi fi was a big plus! We enjoyed the quietness. The house was very clean and had nice homey touches in decoration. We went to Ark Encounter, Creation Museum and Kincaid Lake State Park during our stay.”

”Beautiful property and house. Renovated kitchen and bathroom. Comfortable bedrooms. Kitchen materials readily available as well as bathroom materials. Host was easy to reach for communication regarding slight wifi issue. View was great. We saw rabbits and squirrels in our front yard. Quiet and peaceful. 10mins from Ark Encounter and about 30-35 mins from the Creation Museum. Would love to return!”

”The house was great. Kids loved the pool and petting the baby horses and cows. We had plenty of space for our big family. There was so much more provided than the listing says. There was a pack n play, baby swing and some other baby stuff. They also provided separate pool towels and plenty of bath towels. Plenty of extra toilet paper and cleaning supplies as well!”

”This wonderful cabin, high top of hill above the Ohio river, and across from the east end of Maysville Kentucky is just almost beyond words. The big porch across the front with rocking chairs to watch the barges go up and down the river and the trains go up and down on the Kentucky side. Even though it’s quite rustic with original cabin walls on part of it, the appointments are lovely; almost as though the owners live there. Unusual in a rental and really appreciate it!I track birds on my phone...

”We had an amazing time with my family here, we had all different ages from 76 - 6 that had a great time. Kate was a wonderful host and responded immediately to a question we had, she also provided so many suggestions of things to do and places to eat in the surrounding areas. The house is very large and decorated beautifully! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook/eat with. There were many different places outdoor to sit and relax. We also liked taking a hike down to the lake....

”Great place to stay while playing in baseball tournaments at Flash baseball complex. My 3 kids had a great time especially having another family stay next door. Communication was perfect. ”Carla was a superb hostess!From the moment we opened the door with a provided code (check in made easy), the home was immaculate.The beds were heavenly. Each couple drew names to be assigned a bedroom. We drew the king bed bedroom. That bed was more comfortable than home!The toiletries provided were wonderful! I would like them for my guests at my home. Plenty of towels and pillows.We were greeted with delicious homemade cookies. Overall, they have thought of everything and the home is well...

”This place was on an amazing piece of property. We enjoyed the peacefulness of the countryside without being very far from all attractions (Ark Encounter & Cincinnati). Owners were awesome! Very friendly, great communication, took extra time to show the kids their horses and answer alllllll their questions. Ha! ”
