”Clean room. Wifi good.”

”Plenty of parking. Staff was absent to the eye. Property is in need of maintenance and outside was discouraging with garbage all over around building. Doesnt seem as staff takes care of the appearance of property.”

”Special shout out to Lynn. I left my laptop behind . She found it & took great care in packing it up & delivering it to a FedEx drop box keeping me informed every step of the way. It arrived in perfect condition. Thank you! I am beyond grateful!!”

”We never set foot in the place unfortunately. We got to the property after dark and it was unlit exterior The door was not programmed as promised and we could not get in. The owner didn’t respond to our or the property management company’s many communications for two days so we had to stay at a run down hotel which was all we could get at 9:30 on a Friday night in the middle of nowhere A week later the owner still hadn’t responded or apologized for our family’s considerable inconvenience...

”Great place, friendly staff, but low attention to details: - rooms and coridors are smelling due to old carpets which acculate dirt. They better be removed - not possibe to enter the gym - card cannot be used and it requires a code which was not communicated at check in - great kitchen, but no tea bags - high room price, but no breakfast, even for additonal pay And, aquapark is paid separatelly - $33/person. The room price inclused a pool and a hot tub.”

”It was a nice stay. Rooms are clean but you have no house cleaning while you're there so you get no clean towels your garbage isn't empty. I just happen to see the cleaner in the hallway and ask for clean towels got my own garbage bags and empty my garbage so we could put more garbage in there but other than that it was a nice stay”

”Not a bad hotel I wish had breakfast included as there was barely any good or drink options. Unfortunelty others staying in the hotel ran theough the halls all night until 3am even after staff spoke to them. Did not get a good rest there. ”

”The Quality inn is definitely starting to lack in quality. The wall paper is peeling, there was a hole in the bathroom door, webs and dead bugs around the windows. The bathroom had a cigarette odor. This hotel is in serious need of major upgrades. It was tolerable for the one night I needed but if it was any longer I would have requested my money back. It is definitely time for the owners to put some TLC into this place. ”

”Just stopped in for two nights. Front desk staff were extremely helpful!”

”My room was cancelled. I was late getting to my e-mail on Friday, learning they tried to contact me because my card was outdated. Although I had sent a reply, my room was cancelled. I accept blame for not verifying the card on file.”

”The place is beautiful, very clean with good parking. But, the walls are pretty thin and the bed was VERY firm. We could hear the people talking in the next room, and they really weren't being loud or anything. ”
