”We only stayed for a couple days for a tournament my boys were in. We liked the location and there were mixed reviews so we thought we'd take a chance, since the other hotels we would've preferred were sold out. Upon entering our room we were surprised that the tv was already on. The door to our room didnt have a full seal around it,so we could see light all around it from outside. The window blind didn't cover the entire window,so there was light coming from each side..and it was unsettling bc...

”There was ample parking. The room was clean. However, the water in the shower was a dark gray each time I turned it on. The lower part of the curtain was a filthy shade of brown. There was some mildew or powery looking substance on the back of my room door. The glass of a body length mirrorin the room was broken. On my first night there was someone parked in the back playing loud music from his truck all night. It was a red pickup truck. It was a maroon pickup truck that was still...

”What a special place! This is such a lovely home and peaceful place. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. The room was clean and spacious. It was so nice to watch the sunset from the dock and enjoy the view from the balcony. The bed was very comfortable. Ms. Debbie offered us breakfast on our schedule, and it was fresh and delicious. We’ll definitely plan to stay here when we return to the area.”

”The hotel staff is very friendly and the pleasant fellow at the front desk gave me free bottles of water when I checked in. The hotel is right on the Riverwalk and within walking distance of the Plaza, Courthouse, and PRMC. It has been updated & redecorated. My room was pleasant. Breakfast is not included and there is no free coffee. This hotel is not cheap & I was annoyed that the coffee machine in the lobby requires a credit card for payment.”

The issue was not the hotel’s fault, but she showed genuine concern, remained very pleasant throughout the interaction, and was able to resolve everything quickly. Customer service is very important to me because I believe it reflects the face of a company. She represented the hotel brand extremely well, and her positive attitude and willingness to help...
