Guest Access
Guests will have exclusive access to the entirety of the cabin, including the deck, the surrounding outside area, and the parking spot. Guests are welcome to walk around the property, enjoy the walking trail, and use the other common yard areas as desired, while respecting other guests.

Hillside Hideaway is one of five cabins located atop Heartwood Mountain, a beautiful local ridgeline overlooking the local forest and game lands of the PA Wilds. While each cabin offers privacy, you will have neighbors, though this will in no way detract from your nature experience.

Things to Note:
• Pet fees must be paid prior to arrival and indicated on your reservation.
• WINTERTIME: Please note that 4WD/AWD is highly recommended during the winter months (December-March). During heavy snowstorms or ice on the roads - 4WD/AWD is required. While we do plow and salt the roads, they can still be difficult to traverse using a regular vehicle, especially if we have had a lot of snow. Use caution.

- Pets are not allowed on any of the furniture or bedding. Please pick up after your pet to ensure the yard is clean and free of pet waste. Thank you!
- No smoking. If any smoking smell or paraphernalia is discovered, the guest will be charged a $300 smoking fine. No exceptions.
- Quiet Hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of your neighbors.
