”The rooms are wonderful & the staff was great however, Bring your own breakfast. Frozen, vegan burritos for $12 that you can get from king Soopers for $1.99 or the “Croissant Collection” was actually frozen hockey pucks smaller than the palm of my hand (I am only 5 ft tall) they didn’t even have the frittatas. ”We absolutely loved our stay!! It is a wonderful place to stay if you have a student at CU Boulder. It takes about 12 to 15 minutes to go visit them, OR you can stay in the most adorable room with a fireplace, with wine and cheese complementary in the evening and breakfast casserole, granola, fruit, coffee and tea complementary for breakfast. ”The young lady who helped me when I first got there last night was so kind and courteous. She took us to our room and checked out the hot tub in the room and the hot tub outside. I couldn't have asked for any better service than we got there.”

”The Ritz Denver is underwhelming. Lackluster lobby, tired furnishings. The room was fine but every piece of furniture showed obvious wear and tear. There was nothing about this stay that was worth the $600+ price tag. Very disappointing. In a downtown filled with hotel choices, save your money and book elsewhere.
Plus side - Michelle is a gem. Champagne offered at check in.”
