”I understood that this hotel was older, but I had stayed in the past and enjoyed it. Unfortunately it has gone way down hill. It is more like a long term hotel now. The room was filthy. We found a vape, hat and deodorant in the room under furniture. That bathroom was old, dirty and full of mildew. The fan didn't work at all. I booked because there were two pools. Neither was filled or working. Outside our door was a broken toilet tank lid. Guess what our room was missing. When we asked for ice...

Found the lack of supervision of noisy children very annoying, with Children running and yelling in the hallways, banging on doors, etc. Although this is a parental/guardian responsibility there was no staff support as to “suggestions” etc to reduce/eliminate this. We were disappointed in the lack of gluten free options in the free continental breakfas. The reviews on your website noted the availanility”

”I really appreciate it how kind the staff were and how efficient they were when it came to issues that I experienced during my trip. Unfortunately when I got to my room there was hair in the towels in the shower and weird stains on the bed when I got moved to a new room there were weird stains on the bed. Finally my third room there were still a couple stains on the top sheet, so we ended up changing all of the bedding and it was clean and fresh with no issues. I will have to say that the staff...

The housekeeping knocked at our door 15 before actual checkout which was also frustrating for us being rushed out before it was time. The front desk staff was not helpful, questioning our complaint of the hot water, suggesting that we were the only ones complaining about no hot water, rather than making it right for us. I would say poor customer service.”
