”I didn’t like no discount because the pool wasn’t in use shouldn’t be full price when everything isn’t available because I paid for that”

”I was charged 60.00 by Expedia for breakfast and then the paper bill says extra guest. The hotel mgmt said, they don’t know why Expedia charged us that. The breakfast is free continental and there were 4 of us in one room 2 queen beds. I asked to be refunded the 60.00 and Expedia REFUSED! Never ever will I use them again. 30 years and this is how they treat us! I have emails and I called over 10 times and the hotel managers word.”

”We were there for 3 nights due to a graduation. The hotel has an elevator, and is convenient to the interstate and Sellersburg. You could tell they had recently remodeled, so everything is clean. The bed was comfortable, hard pillows. The breakfast was adequate, I love waffles so I was happy. We would stay there again”

”On one occasion, a maintenance worker opened my bedroom door while I was resting. After the incident I informed the reception staff, they changed my room because of a leak in my room To my surprise, in the next room they moved me to, there were so many mosquitoes that I couldn't rest.”

”This is a brand new property so it is in excellent condition. Restaurant attached which is convenient for a meal or to hang out if you are with a group (we stayed for volleyball tournament). Only way it could be better is if breakfast was provided with stay.”

”Such a nice hotel for such an affordable price. Great location to start getting around Louisville. Rooms were immaculate and cleaned throughout our 4 day stay. Will definitely stay again.”

”They allow pets and the dog nearby barked until very late at night with no intervention by the staff. The "Happy Hour" consisted of Beer on Tap for those who drink beer, but nothing else. The hotel is getting very run down with damaged doors, flooring and walls.”
