On the ground floor, you will find a living and dining area with direct access to the swimming pool, alongside 2 bedrooms: one fitted with a French bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm and one with a French bed measuring 180 cm by 200 cm, both equipped with a fan. An open-plan kitchen serves this level, and a shower with WC completes the ground floor layout. The first upper floor features a second living and dining area with access to a balcony, 2 further bedrooms each appointed with a French bed, one measuring 160 cm by 200 cm and the other 180 cm by 200 cm, along with a second open-plan kitchen and 2 shower rooms with WC. The second upper floor hosts the fifth bedroom, furnished with a French bed measuring 180 cm by 200 cm, and a separate WC. This top level also benefits from 2 small balconies of 3 square metres each, as well as a roofed terrace of 30 square metres.
