The spacious living area includes a cozy seating area with two sleeping spots, a fireplace, and two flat-screen TVs. The dining area seats 12, and the fully equipped kitchen includes an ice maker. There are three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on the ground floor, one with direct access to the private pool. The first floor features two more bedrooms with private bathrooms and balconies.
The villa's outdoor area includes two waterfalls, a koi pond, a 100 m2 swimming pool, sun loungers, lounge furniture, and a trampoline. A stone barbecue, bread oven, and alfresco dining area make it perfect for outdoor meals. Four covered parking spaces are available for guests.
The 370 m2 basement features a heated indoor pool (20 m2) with a counter-current swimming system (note: the indoor pool cannot be heated between June 15th and September 15th), a sauna, a fitness room, and a tavern with a large TV and dining area for 20 people. A jacuzzi is also available in the wellness area.
Additionally, a private chef is available upon request (extra charge) to provide a personalized dining experience.
