The ground floor welcomes you into a spacious living and dining room furnished in a stylish manner, featuring a sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and offering direct access to the swimming pool. Also on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms are each equipped with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm by 200 cm and 1 folding bed of the same dimensions, along with a shower and WC, and each room opens directly onto the swimming pool area. A further ground floor bedroom features a French bed measuring 180 cm by 200 cm, a bath and WC, and also benefits from direct access to the swimming pool. An open-plan kitchen is situated on the ground floor alongside a separate WC. The upper floor hosts 2 additional bedrooms: the first is appointed with a French bed measuring 180 cm by 200 cm and a shower and WC, while the second features a French bed of identical dimensions together with a bath, bidet, and WC.
