”I really liked the complimentary breakfast and the whole spread they offered! Everything I ate was delicious. However, our room was dirty in some areas (like a stain on the sheets, hair on the bathroom floor exc.) and when I asked for new sheets at the front desk, I was handed a set and expected to make the bed myself instead of requiring housekeeping services to remake the bed. I thought this was unprofessional and odd, if I am paying to be a guest at a hotel then certain services should be...

”We reserved a room for 4 people. When we arrived we discovered the toilet would not reset itself after flushing. The water would continuously run. We reported it to the front desk and requested a repair. We were told they did not have anyone working on the weekends to repair. It would seem that to have someone on staff for the weekend would be cheaper that paying on high water bill.”
