”Unfortunately the breaker in the room kept going out causing major inconvenience within cooking and using the amenities to cook, the blockout curtains wouldn’t close and the front desk couldn’t help assist with issues”

”We were very disappointed in the fact that the add on Expedia boasted a complementary breakfast, but even though they had the facilities they DON’T SERVE BREAKFAST! This was a deal breaker and we will not be returning even though we come here regularly. The pool was clean, accessible, and well appointed.”

”This place is just PERFECT! It was our first family trip and we were scared of what we would find. Honestly this place has everything very clean, organized, smells good when you enter, clean bed sheets EVERYTHING! It had everything and when I say everything all the way to laundry soap. The house is so big and comfortable. Not to mention the creek on the side our kids enjoyed it to the max WE ALL DID! Thanks again for everything. Also they answer to our emails the same day! ”Smelled really bad when we entered the room , no coffee refill even after multiple request. Limited breakfast option. Good part is they have an bar inside the hotel.”

”Breakfast was minimal. Coffee, waffles, and yogurt or muffins/danishes. TVs were a hassle to operate.”

”Light bulb not working in the bathroom over the mirror area. Clock was flashing and not set. Large walk-in bath area had no light at all. Looks like maybe it had one at one time but was removed and just a blank wall plate covering the switch area. Coffee pot was supplied but only one decaf coffee packet and on caffeinated packet supplied. Had to make a choice in who got what since there were two people. They did have a good breakfast service.”
