”We loved our stay here, all the comforts of home in a wonderful location. The spacious villa had a great pool, an outdoor kitchen with barbecue as well as a beautiful beach near Hotel Minaret within easy walking distance and four or five local restaurants. We’d love to stay here again.”

”The property itself is very small but for two people it's perfect. Open plan with a little somewhat steep staircase up to the bedroom area. We like to be off the beaten track and this just right for us, the private courtyard (that includes the shower/washing machine) was a good size with multiple seating options available. Use of the families pool with views for miles including mount Etna was wonderful. Enzo was always available if needed, the Wifi wasn't working initially but he got it...

”This lovely property is the perfect home base to explore Syracuse and Ortigia. Very close to safe public parking, the rooftop terrace is ideal for a sunset glass of wine, while the cafes near the Temple of Apollo offer your morning cappuccino and excellent people watching just steps away from the wonderful market. Alberto was responsive and helpful at both check in and departure. A five star stay for sure!”

”Nice, spacious apartment with a beautiful view of the water and Siracusa across. Very responsive owner and caretaker. Enjoyed going to Ortigia, Noto, Taormina, and Ragusa, plus beaches to the south. Easy to navigate in any direction. The pizzeria one minute walk away was delightful.”

”Comment ne pas remercier Salvatore et Paola pour cet accueil formidable. C’est le point le plus important pour nous. La maison est au top, avec cette belle piscine qui a ravi nos deux petits. Je ne parle pas des attentions quotidiennes, figues, raisin, œufs, repas etc… la maison est au centre de tout au calme à environ 1h de Syracusa, Ragusa, Noto. Les températures y sont plus fraîches vraiment et c’est génial pour bien dormir. Bref un havre de paix, de calme et de bonheur. Tout est prévu sur...

”Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist toll. Doch der aktuelle Zustand des Anwesens ist nicht mit den Fotos in der Anzeige vergleichbar. Vor Allem die Außenanlagen waren sehr ungepflegt.Die Übergabe des Objektes fand praktisch nicht statt. Der Schlüssel steckte im Schloss - Anwesenheit des Vermieters bzw. schriftliche Instruktionen - Fehlanzeige!!! Die Ausstattung der Küche war mangelhaft. Auf Reklamationen (abgebrochener Duschkopf, aus dem Leim gehende Stühle, Defekte Klimaanlage) wurde gar nicht bzw....

”Nous avons pu accéder à notre gîte en autonomie grâce Rodolfo sur wathsapp. Très grand appartement, rustique mais vraiment très jolie avec tout ce qu'il faut et même un peu trop grand et un jardin privatif immense et incroyable presque inutile mais toujours appréciable. Place de parking.”

"Simply super. Even better you expect based on the reviews. I liked the exiting entrance to the grand very old building, the elevator to take luggage up to the floors, the paintings in the ceilings, the tea and coffee facilities, and the so kind reception. Only issue is the unreliable water pressure. Location, indeed only 10 minutes flat walk to Borselino bus station, a couple of minutes to Stesicoro or wherever. Still, even the Via Minoriti side room was quiet enough. "
