This holiday home in the heart of Provence can accommodate up to 15 guests. It features a private pool, vineyards, and several terraces on a large enclosed property, ensuring complete peace and privacy. Guests can enjoy the outdoor kitchen equipped with a plancha grill and a Weber barbecue, as well as the spacious covered terrace, perfect for sharing meals with family or friends. This beautiful villa also offers a heated pool (thermostat set to 27°C, available upon request for an additional fee of twenty-five euros per day, only from May 1st to October 31st).

The ground floor features a cozy bedroom furnished with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a separate bathroom. The dining room is perfect for shared meals, while the fully equipped kitchen includes an electric kettle, toaster, cooker, hood, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, tumble dryer, washing machine, juicer, and blender.

On the first floor, you’ll find a bright bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a private bathroom. Another spacious bedroom on this level includes a double bed (180 x 200 cm), a pull-out bed (180 x 200 cm), and its own bathroom, offering flexibility and comfort for families or groups.

The second floor offers two additional bedrooms. One includes two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and a baby bed, ideal for young children or parents traveling with a baby. The other bedroom features three single beds (80 x 200 cm) and one bunk bed (80 x 200 cm), perfect for children or friends sharing a room. A separate bathroom is also available on this floor.

Step outside to enjoy the villa’s expansive 10,000 m² fenced garden, where you’ll find plenty of entertainment for all ages. The private swimming pool (9 x 5 m) is perfect for cooling off on warm days, while the large covered 120 m² terrace offers comfortable seating for al fresco dining. The property features an outdoor kitchen with a lounge set, ensuring the perfect space for socializing. Additional outdoor amenities include a petanque court, a trampoline, play equipment, a slide, table football, a swing set, and deckchairs for relaxing in the sun.

Marseille, Aix-en-Provence and Saint-Tropez are just an hour's drive away. The town centre is 1 km away and the beautiful Verdon Gorge Canyon is about 60 minutes from the property. A little further away is Verdon Natural Park.

The bus stop is 1 km away and Marseille airport is 78 km from the accommodation.
You can park up to eight cars for free.

One pet is allowed on the property upon request with a supplement of fifty euros per stay.

If you wish to rent sheets and towels, please notify us at least one week in advance:
Towel kit: ten euros (1 bath towel + 1 hand towel).
Single sheet kit: fifteen euros (1 single sheet + 1 duvet cover + 2 pillowcases).
Double sheet kit: twenty-five euros (1 double sheet + 1 double duvet cover + 4 pillowcases)

Because the neighbors are very close, parties are strictly forbidden in the property, outside guests are not accepted and it is not possible to make noise outside after 9:00 p.m.

Before your departure, please ensure that the dishes are clean and put away, and dispose of trash in the designated area as indicated during your check-in.
