La atención del personal es muy cordial, las instalaciones están limpias y el balance precio-calidad es bueno. Tienen un bar que ofrece una amplia gama de tragos y el ambiente es muy bueno, también en el bar la atención es magnífica, sin duda regresaría a hospedarme en mi próxima visita a Brujas. Ah la pizza muy rica 👌

Mauvaise expérience, froid vent & mauvaise accueil
Séjour horrible, le service de réception était très bruyant, en dehors de l'immeuble où se trouvait le lieu du séjour. L'accueil est dans un bar où la musique est extrêmement forte; La chambre est froide, et mal isolée, phoniquement, il s'avait que nous n'aimions pas le bruit qui nous dérangeait. les voisins en plus de cela ont aussi claqué fortement la porte. Nous détestions ce lieu. Les draps étaient déjà utilisé, odeur très forte de cigarette. Les fenêtres étaient déjà ouvertes alors que nous n'avions rien prévu pour les isoler, du froid et du vent entrait , nous demandons un remboursement.

Check in e check out molto facile, personale gentile. La camera è calda ma il bagno è troppo piccolo, in pratica il bagno dell' aereo con l' aggiunta di una piccolissima doccia. Asciugamani insufficienti, forniscono solo quello da doccia. Tutto da ostello tranne che il prezzo!

In orde
We verbleven in de twinsuite met eigen badkamer, de kamer is prima in orde, maar de badkamer is wel heel klein. Wel vonden we het jammer dat er geen flesje water stond. Voor de rest echt goed aan te raden voor een kort verblijf in Brugge. Het is ongeveer 17 min wandelen vanaf de markt van Brugge.

The area around the property was simple but nice, a little bit of a walk to the centre but I found it perfect. I wish there was more of a way to engage in activities with other people staying at the hostel.

Das oberste Treppengeländer sollte etwas mehr Sicherheit haben, man kann sich schlecht irgendwo festhalten. Etwas Seife am Waschbecken. Ansonsten alles ok, auch das Frühstück. Personal z.T etwas trocken.

De 3-persoonskamer zag er globaal netjes en schoon uit, maar de deuren zaten vol vuile vingers, de binnenkant van de deur van de badkamer was op het onderste deel aangetast, afgebladderd en opgezwollen door het vocht en de matrassen waren oud en bedekt met zwarte harde pluisjes. Een Budget Hotel is geen luxe hotel, maar met deze kwaliteit moet dan ook een andere prijs gehanteerd worden. Met een bedrag van 133 euro per nacht is de prijs-kwaliteit verhouding voor deze kamer ver onder de maat.

The overall room we had was nice and clean and the staff was really friendly. Just a little bit of disrepair around the hostel like no doors on electrical cupboards and tiles ect fallen off in the toilets and things. Aside from that I’d still stay again

Nice property, although the dorms and rooms are in flats - quite different from what I'm used to. Decent facilities, there's a great kitchen in each flat. Great area. Only issue was our room looked out onto (and into) at least 3 other properties, meaning the curtains in the room and toilet had to permanently be closed so no one could look in at you.

The property is within the city centre and an easy walk to the sights you need to discover in Brugge. The apartment we stayed is on the 1st floor and with heavy luggage its a struggle but its understandable as its an old buildings (no lift). The room is expected for a hostel (we have 4 single beds with a private bathroom). The bathroom is small and its smelly (from the drain and shower curtain thats not been washed for a while). We also found 1 sock and a plastic water bottle under the bed (not ours). The view is good fromnour room though. There is also a bar on site if you wanted to experience the beer tasting. The breakfast is excellent on site for €7 on the day and €6 if you book online. Our Brugge holiday is the best holiday so far in Belgium because of the proximity of the accomodation to the famous sites .

Fun hostel with a bar, just 10 minutes walk to main attractions. Good luggage storage available. Loud at night as the party downstairs goes on till late, but you know what you signed up for staying here ;)

The apartment was nice and clean. There were 3 rooms and we sympathize with one of our roommate, we share lot of good times together, we made a party in a pub close to the hotel. We had everything we need into the apartment : TV, fridge, plates, and so on. I kindly recommend the hotel regarding the price/quality and the proximity to the center.

We had the worst time in the room, we can hear everything from other rooms, some couple in another room was having super loud sex, this was not suitable for families for sure. Lots of mosquitoes, the bathroom was full of mold and the ceiling had visible water damage

The person who checked me in was incredibly helpful. What didn't like was the luggage storage area. It wasn't free like some other hostels I have been on this trip and the system didn't remember when you first put your luggage into the locker. If you opened the locker before your time was up it would charge you for a whole days worth of storage.
