Bad total sauber und der Wasserdruck der Dusche ist auch in Ordnung.

”Hotellin alue oli uskomattoman rauhallinen ja romanttinen vallihautoineen ja luontopolkuineen. Hotelli ulkopäin todella upea keskiaikainen linna. Myös aulatilat ja muut viimeisen päälle, mutta huoneet remontin tarpeessa (kulahtanut kokolattiamatto, irrallisia lattialistoja). Aamiainen ei valitettavasti kuulunut hintaan.”

”Hotel is situated in a very beautiful park about 2 kilometers from the center of Venlo. Hotelroom lightning could be better and there is no AC.
The service in Hotel restaurant was friendly but very slow. We had to wait our food about one hour. The restaurant is also overpriced.”

”Das ausgefallene Ambiente hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es ist mal etwas ganz anderes. Das Personal war außerordentlich freundlich und zuvorkommend. ”Nicely remodeled orphanage in a building dating back to 1660. Very small room, basically twice the size of a queen sized bed. Far half is bed, nearby side has a corner shower and a sink. Plenty of stuff to do in town no need to use room for anything but rest. Restrooms are shared on the floor and accessible via key fob.
There’s a nice lounge area with limited hours and service and an outside patio. This place is near everything in downtown Venlo and very walkable. Vehicle parking is a few block...

"The location of the hotel was perfect for a short trip, and the staff was friendly — especially Habib, who worked at breakfast service. His professionalism and warm service stood out.
The hotel room was partly updated, but the cleanliness of the bathroom and the mold spots on the silicone joints of the bathtub did not reflect the star rating. Some of the silicone joints had been replaced, while others had not.
I also wondered why, if the rooms were being renovated, a bathtub with the only shower was left in the room. These small details may affect my choice of hotel in the future."
