”A very nice hotel with big rooms. It has an outdoor pool and also a fitnesscentre. Breakfast was very tasty and had something for every taste.”

”We arrived having issues with our reservation and the staff made sure we were accommodated and very comfortable in our new room especially traveling with kids. The breakfast was great, coffee great, pool was clean, and even the other guest there were nice. Will definitely go back!”

”Our reservation had not been registered to hotel system but friendly receptionist solved the issue after amazing efforts. I got some bed bug bites in this hotel. Seems to be that every time I visit US I'll meet bed bugs in some hotel.”

”Needs hair dryers and coffee makers in the rooms”

”It was in west memphis so we had to take a taxi to go to graceland and the airport was 20 30 minutes recommend The taxi what the hotel used Kumar by the desk was so friendly and come in time and very helpfull did not know what to do without him staff was helpfull and room was clean .there is a casino nearby”

”Remodel in progress- To check in- had to call a number and a lady came up to check us in The room we were given was under renovation, but not complete. It was clean- BUT- no water glasses, coffee pot or service, no smoke alarms, etc. Checking out- there was a guy sitting in. Car engine running and lights out and he calls out to me as I drop the key in the window. Creepy. ”

”Omg!!!! Okay so I should have known being that I am from Memphis and live here! My husband and I like to do staycations. My crazy butt see this on Expedia and was like oooh this is cheap and I have never heard of them. The room smelled like everything was dipped in cigarette smoke. There were roaches in the bathroom! I couldn’t sleep and was ready to just go back home! So this definitely won’t be on our staycation list! Matter of fact, it shouldn’t be on anyone’s list!”

”Rooms are small but comfortable. Slamming doors and noise woke us a few times. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean and nice, shower leaked some and got bath mat wet. Missing bulb in one reading lamp. Parking was easy. Close to restaurant, Cracker Barrel. Breakfast was good , eggs, sausage, oatmeal with toppings, breads , yogurt, fruit.”
