The Space:

Boho meets historic downtown! You are just 2 minutes from the best restaurants, shopping and unique stores that Brunswick has to offer. What's even better? You are close to St. Simons Island and Jekyll Island without the expensive prices!



Get your dose of Vitamin Sea at this adorable 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage in downtown Brunswick. It is short drive to our beautiful beaches, and is close to shopping, restaurants and hip places in Brunswick. We welcome your pups and have a fully fenced in yard so they can run around and enjoy their get-away too. The home is equipped with the essentials to make your stay with us more enjoyable, including wine glasses so don’t forget the wine!



Please note:

Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself.



Anything other than a regular vehicle may be prohibited or may not fit on the property. If you plan to bring a trailer, motorcycle, boat or any other commercial or recreational vehicle, please inquire with the host about whether this is allowed.



Pack N Play and strollers available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival.



Other Things to Note:

For any stay 60 or more days, an additional cleaning fee of $225 will be added after booking. If the cleaning fee is unpaid 7 days prior to check-in, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund. 



For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $750 refundable security deposit.



Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need!

Cute house near downtown

The house is cute. Everything works and it was very clean. We had a small dog with us and the fenced backyard was very convenient. It's pretty close to downtown. Couch is pretty comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

House Hunting Expedition

Great little house. Very well appointed and clean. Closet and draw space excellent. Well appointed kitchen supplies and towels were provided and perfect. Could use grab bars in shower and anti slip mat in tub. Bathroom rugs are a slip hazard, gather under feet. Could not get TV’s in bedrooms to load or come on just buffering. TV remote in living room difficult to use. Over all the stay was great. House and furnishings all that is needed and more. Hope to stay there again.

Enjoyed our stay!

Overall, we had a great stay. The location was close to downtown (3 minute drive), the house and property were well kept, and there was ample space outside to take out our dog. We did have to switch to the double bed because the queen bed creaked every time you turned over.

Home away from home

The property was just as advertised. Very cozy. The lock made it easy to get into and out of and I felt very secure. The bottles of cold water in the fridge were a very welcome perk. Everything was clean and it was very comfortable. The only thing I needed that I couldn't find was a pair of scissors. Thanks for having me at your property. Vrbo has never let me down. I highly recommend this property.
