”The room was very clean, although the floor was a little sandy. The bed was extremely confortable! The mini fridge kept my food and drinks ice cold and the ac kept the room nice and cool. The walls were a little thin and being off a busy thoroughfare, I could hear some traffic noise but it wasn't too bad. The property was well maintained and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised and satisfied and would definitely stay again. ”

”The location is nice, the pictures on VRBO show it to be somewhat nicer than actual. The inside needs a little work and is dated somewhat but not terrible. Only issue I had was not receiving the entrance instructions via email so had to reach out to owner a few times. He did get back to me quickly but did respond like he was a little irritated with me asking. Outside of that the place is clean, has a great view, furniture is all new. So if you are looking for a spot close to beach and near alot...

”I coach an 11 year old boys soccer team and a few families and I stayed here for the weekend and its was perfect. Beds were super comfy, the pool was perfect and amazing outdoor seating for eating dinner and stuff and the main level has a massive table that everyone could sit at for dinner and breakfast. Great property, would highly recommend!”

”Our family had a great time at NMB and enjoyed our stay at Atlantic dunes. There needs to be some updating done to the bathrooms and kitchen. Hardware in bathrooms were dirty and gross looking and the master bathtub jacuzzi needs to go. It is so high to get in/out of to get a shower, it’s dangerous. Also, the property states it will sleep 12 and it does, however 12 people in that space would be cramped. We had 8 and it was tight but it did not spoil our time! Kitchen is a glassy kitchen and...

”There was no onsite representative. The codes seemed very cumbersome. I called the contact number regarding the need for an additional parking pass due to unforeseen injury resulting in an additional vehicle being used to transport my guest. The "free" lots were quite a distance from the resort. This all caused stressed. The bathroom sink was slow to drain, a rug in the LR was torn at the edge which could cause a fall. The stench from the work on the elevators was very very irritating. ...
