Please upgrade the shampoo
Good location, walking distance to the railway station and many restaurants. Good breakfast. Water kettle was broken but promptly replaced. One wish: please upgrade the shampoo as it now is like soap. Very difficult to straighten hair after washing. Conditioner also not very good. I always stay here for my meetings in Brussels.

Customer-friendly
I had booked a stay pre-covid, unrefundable. I was delighted to receive a voucher for a future stay, even though I had not even asked for one. And when the situation continued, I received an extension, again without asking. And finally I was able to use the voucher. I find this very customer-friendly and will return. Besides, staff is super-polite and location good, walking distance from the train station and many other things such as restaurants.

Good location and staff
Excellent location for meetings, sightseeing, shopping and restaurants. Super polite staff. Room was cold and was not easy to get it warmer. A downgrade has happened during COVID: no more bathrobes and slippers in premium rooms. Wanting them I didn’t book a standard room but a premium room. Fair enough, now that I look at the confirmation they are not on the list of amenities. But I suppose we all have to get used to suspecting downgrades and be vigilant (and pack accordingly which I had not done). Good bed. Good breakfast. Will return.

Very polite front desk staff. Good size room. Robe and slippers as well as coffee and tea maker and a water bottle provided in the room. Good size room and quiet. Clean and modern. Good breakfast. My first time at this hotel and will stay there again.

basic hotel at a good location
Fairly basic hotel at a good location close to the center of Brussels. Due to the heatwave in central Europe, the air-conditioning struggled to keep the room cool (it was rather warm).

Palvelun laatu hinnan suhde eivät täsmää
Ilmastointi ei toiminut. Siivoojat pitivät voimakasta meteliä heti 7-8.00 aamulla, hirveät ovien pamautukset, imurin ääniä, huudot ja kovalla äänellä keskustelut. Joululoma mennyt siitä osilta pieleen. Muuten hotellin sijainti on mukava ja alue inspiroi, huoneen tilat ja sängyt olivat mukavat. Hotellissa todellisuudessa ilman vaihto on huono yleistiloissa ja huoneessakin. Maksetulla hinnalla tahtoisin saavani edes lomalla rauhaa nukkumiseen.

Great location, you are central to a lot of attractions around Brussels. The only issue was the noise. The walls are a bit thin, so you can sometimes hear your neighbor and outside nosie.

If booking a suite know that they are in the front of the hotel and you hear street noise throughout the night. Rooms were great just the noise of the street was a bit loud

Staff at the receptionist and front lobby are extremely friendly and helpful. Their recommendations for the nearby shop are great. Rooms are okay clean. It would be nice if the tub is lower, not easy to get in/ out of the tub. I will return to this hotel if I come back to this area.

The room was spacious, well appointed, clean, and very quiet. The staff was great, always very helpful. The breakfast buffet is amazing, well worth it. There's a solid selection of good restaurants right next door on the place, and Brussels Central is a short walk away.

The only thing I did not like about the hotel was our room refrigerator did not work. The hotel maintenance does not work on the weekends.

Everything (location, personnel, room) is great, but the lobby and breakfast area is always smelling. There is a ventilation problem in the kitchen. Hope they find a solution.

We enjoyed a comfortable stay at NH Collection - staff were great and helped whenever we asked - booking taxis and helping with restaurants reservations. Breakfast food was spot on but only downside for us was the restaurant (Hispania) on site which we wouldn’t recommend, we ate there on first night and didn’t return
