”2nd time here and it was just as perfect as the first time. the home is perfect, modern, clean. the layout is great. 2 bedrooms on opposite sides of the house with a big open community kitchen and livingroom/den area. there are no words to describe the river. steps from the house. you can just sit there all day..deer are very friendly and come say hi a few times a day. living in vegas this is the perfect getaway from it all. will 10000% be back.”

”Location is remove enough to have privacy but close enough to get into a town within 5-10 mins. Beautiful scenic mountains on all sides! Home had more than enough space, super clean, well written instructions and everything was labeled! The tub / shower were great and the fireplaces were a nice touch! ”We had a wonderful time at this house in Elk Ridge. The pictures are accurate. The home is well appointed and we loved the large kitchen. It had everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed causing the gas grill for our nightly dinners. The beds were very comfortable and we all had plenty of space. It was the perfect location to explore Both Zion and Bryce. It is secluded and peaceful. Thank you. We would love to stay here again.”

”Host was amazing and responded quickly. Ranch is secluded and away from the busy city. No noise or light pollution, just fresh air and bright stars. Definitely off the beaten path (which I enjoyed) but would highly recommend getting there for the first time in daylight as it can be hard to find and feels like you’re in the middle of nowhere. ”We had such a wonderful stay for my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary. Plenty of rooms and beds for everyone. As others have mentioned, this property could use a deep clean, especially the carpets. We also struggled to find sheets for the futons, though the property manager was quick to respond and solve the issue. We loved the pool table/ping pong table! And there was plenty of firewood for the fire pit. Thanks for a great stay.”
