”Run down. Definitely not a 4 star hotel.”

”Upon arrival we have been upgraded (for free) to a luxury room. The room itself was very nicely decorated and it had that luxury, boutique feel. Room was very clean. ”I would stay here again. Great location for seeing & doing everything in Conwy & Llandudno. Room was spacious & comfortable. My only complaint is that bathroom floor needed a good mop. ”Really nice guest house. The owners are prepared and ready to help. The room is clean with nice comfortable bed. Good location close to water, town center, and pub/restaurant next door. Overall a wonderful stay.”

”The room was lovely and clean, very friendly, helpful staff”

”We really enjoyed our brief stay. The room was very quaint and quiet.”

”Great location to walk into Conwy. Nice and quiet. Staff really friendly and helpful. Would have been better if breakfast could have been available a bit earlier in the morning, but the take away breakfast bags were a good alternative.”
