Friendly staffs

Voin lämpimästi suositella hotellia. Loistava palvelu, hyvä aamupala. Uima-allas aika pieni mutta hoiti asiansa.

Disappointing Experience – Not a Star-Rated Hotel Amarou Saigon is advertised as a hotel, but in my personal opinion, it is more of a basic, budget serviced apartment rather than a star-rated hotel. The biggest disappointment was the smell inside the rooms. There was a strong smell of fresh paint and laminate flooring, which was quite overwhelming and gave me a severe headache. The room environment was simply not comfortable for me. On a positive note, the location is good, and the staff were exceptionally polite, friendly, and helpful. Their professionalism was appreciated. Unfortunately, despite the good location and courteous staff, I personally would not recommend this property. I was so disappointed with the condition and smell of the rooms that I decided not to stay there. My advice to future guests: Manage your expectations and be aware that this is more of a serviced apartment than a traditional star-rated hotel.

Fantastic, boutique hotel that made for a perfect trip and awesome experience in HCMC. Perfect location in District 1 with very comfortable room and lovely buffet breakfasts every morning. All the staff I encountered were very welcoming and accomodating.
