”Room looked very new, top condition. It was big and the bed was great, with different sizes of pillows. The restaurant had a good menu with enough choices. The near by restaurants were pretty basic, so I ended up eating in hotel more than usual.”

”The location is good and it's a charming building inside. The rooms are colorful and pleasantly decorated. Do keep in mind there are winding staircases to get to the rooms. It could be two if you're on the upper floor.
Bathrooms were problematic--they were having problems with the water heater and on our last day we were partly without water. Hopefully fixed by now. There is someone at the reception desk only from 8 lam to 2 pm. The rest of the time you're on your own. It was fine for a...

”Has heated indoor pool and hot tub. Breakfast was typical South American buffet with fruits, yogurt, breads, cereals, eggs, and small sausage links. Billiard table on 2nd floor. My only upgraded that in my opinion is the shower/bathtub should be converted to walk in shower. I slipped getting out and hurt myself pretty good.”

”The room had a very weird and bad smell throughout our stay (the whole floor did). The service was mostly in Spanish and not super friendly. They gave us two keys, but later when we had issues with the key they explained that only one of the keys work, so not great for a group of three, as one of us came in alone with a key that didn't work. Location was nice if you want to go to the beach. ”
