”This is a very cute little house. Everything was clean and in good shape and looked like the listing. They also had coffee and plenty of basics for the visit, which I highly appreciate, and newish bed linens. It’s in a nice community with a good wood fired pizza place a few blocks away. Only negatives are that it is VERY small - the bathroom and one bedroom in particular. And it’s a 15-20 minute walk to the nearest beach, which has zero parking. Claudia even stopped by to show us where everything was in the home to ensure we made the most of our stay. The house has so much character! We loved the fact that it had been updated while still maintaining its original charm. Claudia was a very responsive host. We hope to stay there again sometime.”

The garage with the extra refrigerator was great for larger groups to store all our excess food and drinks.
