North Station Studio is a characterful, fully equipped 30 sqm studio on the 3rd floor of a residential building on Calea Grivitei in Bucharest's Sector 1 — one of the city's most central and well-connected addresses. Located just minutes from Gara de Nord and the Bucharest metro network, it is an ideal base for business travellers, remote workers and anyone exploring the capital by public transport. The studio has a distinctive personality — a curated collection of abstract framed artworks, a warm grey-mustard-oak colour palette and considered design throughout.

Sleeping
A comfortable sofa bed for 2 guests with hotel-quality white linens, mustard throw and colourful herringbone cushions. Three sets of linens and six sets of towels are provided. Blackout-lined curtains ensure restful sleep.

Work Corner
A dedicated work area with a grey armchair, adjustable laptop desk and oak display shelving — well set up for remote workers and business travellers. The gold floor lamp provides warm task lighting.

Storage
Full-height sliding wardrobe in warm oak finish with generous hanging and storage space. Built-in oak TV unit with Smart TV and display shelving alongside.

Kitchen
Fully equipped kitchen with anthracite and oak cabinetry: 4-ring gas hob, electric oven, microwave, Senseo coffee machine with ground coffee and capsules provided, electric kettle, blue toaster and fridge-freezer. Cookware, glassware and utensils provided. Salt, sugar and kitchen essentials included on arrival.

Dining
A separate dining area with a round high table and 2 upholstered bar stools with mustard cushions, alongside a large window with natural light and grey patterned curtains and dried pampas grass decoration.

Bathroom
Private bathroom with glass-enclosed shower cabin, rainfall shower head with handheld attachment, built-in wall niche for toiletries, WC, pedestal basin, round mirror and wall-mounted hairdryer. Washing machine also located in the bathroom. Greige stone-effect tiles throughout.

Climate and Comfort
Wall-mounted air conditioning unit for heating and cooling. Centralised building heating for the winter months, controlled by a fixed wall thermostat to the right of the television.

Connectivity
1000 Mbps fibre WiFi throughout the studio. Router located behind the television.

Laundry and Practical Amenities
Washing machine in the bathroom, metal clothes drying rack, iron with ironing board and a vertical vacuum cleaner. Washing machine capsules provided.

Parking
No private parking. Paid public street parking is available on the surrounding streets. Given the proximity to Gara de Nord and excellent metro and bus connections, most guests find a car unnecessary.

• In case you use the kitchen for cooking, please wash all the utensils used before checking-out.
• Please treat our home with love and respect. We love to share it with the world, but we ask you to keep in mind that we've thoughtfully renovated and furnished the home, and everything inside and outside has a meaning to us. If something happens, please let us know ASAP.
• Please pay attention with your bags, in order not to leave scratches on the walls or on the floor.
• The bedding and other supplies are for convenience and use of our guests. They belong to and must remain on the premises. Any damage or blood stain to the bedding, furniture or other essentials will be charged
• Smoking: Being a family home, we also have a no smoking policy in the apartment or elsewhere inside the apartment building (although you are welcome to smoke on the balconies).
• We ask that you kindly respect our maximum occupancy requirement.
• To keep our costs down (and pass those savings on to our guests) we kindly ask that you switch off lights and the A/C when it's not in use or leaving the house.
• Entertaining: We are perfectly happy having people pop by to pick up our guests, but we would prefer that you not use our home to entertain them. We'd be happy to help you find other places to spend time with your family and friends.
• Protecting the furniture: Please place coasters under bottles and glasses; Please clean up any spills immediately and do not sit on the furniture in wet clothing
• The easiest way to disrupt an enjoyable stay is a plumbing problem. To prevent this, we kindly ask you to please place things like sanity napkins in the sanitary bin we’ve provided in the bathroom.

• Child Safety: To avoid injury, please supervise small children at all times while inside the property.
• Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. You are welcome to use the balcony for smoking. Please note that smoking inside the property will result in a 500 lei penalty fee.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed on the premises.
• Parties and Events: No parties or organized events are allowed.
• Quiet Hours and Schedule: Please respect the designated quiet hours (22:00–08:00 and 12:00–14:00). Standard check-in is from 16:00 to 21:00, and check-out is between 09:00 and 11:00.
• Early/Late Access: An additional fee will apply for requests regarding early check-in or late check-out.
• Long-Term Stays: For stays exceeding 10 nights, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled (following additional payment). This includes a change of bed linens, towels, and toiletries, as well as vacuuming and mopping of the floors and kitchen.
• Invoicing: If you require a fiscal invoice for your stay, we can provide one upon request.
• Damages: Any damage to the property or loss of belongings is the responsibility of the guest and will be billed accordingly.
• Legal Requirement: Completing the accommodation form is mandatory in accordance with Romanian Law (GD 237/2001, republished in 2008, Article 2, paragraph 5). Please ensure you complete the check-in form sent to you via the platform messages.
