Located right in the heart of the city, a couple of minutes walking distance until the Old City and the House of Parliament, our home will give you a unique & unforgettable stay in Bucharest.

The Space:
Step inside our overly spacious four bedroom home, featuring a large living room, dining room overlooking the Cismigiu Park, kitchen, two bathrooms and a absolutely breathtaking view.

Our home has been designed for group travelers for both long term stays as well as short. Here’s an overview of the space:

- Large dining table that easily accomodates 6+ people.
- Large TV for comfortable viewing with cable & Netflix included.
- AC unit covering the entire room.

- Comfortable King Size bed with memory foam mattress.
- Private desk to get work done.
- Storage dressing & private AC unit in room.
- Small extendable couch for kids. (extra bed sheets provided upon request)

• Terrace Bedroom

- Comfortable Queen Size bed with memory foam mattress.
- Storage dressing & private AC unit in room.
- Sunset view from your own personal bedroom.

• Bedroom with private bathroom

- Comfortable Queen Size bed with memory foam mattress.
- Storage dressing & private AC unit in room.
- Beautiful glass desk.
- Private bathroom with shower and all other amenities.

• Small Bedroom

- Comfortable 140x200cm bed with memory foam mattress which can comfortably accommodate 1-2 persons.
- Storage dressing.

• Kitchen

- Fully equipped kitchen with all required pans & cooking ustensil, large fridge, oven, gas hot stove, microwave as well as a Nespresso coffee machine.

• Large Bathroom

- Bathtub with overhead shower for the most comfortable experience.
- Blow dryer and a full range of toiletries offered.

Guest Access:
Guests are welcome to enjoy full access to the apartment during their stay, with the only exception of a small storage area marked “Staff Only”, used by our team. Depending on the circumstances (e.g. emergencies, parties or complaints from neighbours), there may be times where our team requires entry into the home, especially in cases where the guest is unreachable. Our team will do our best to communicate any such events in advance.

The Neighborhood:
Our home is located right in the heart of the city, close to University Square Station. Within a 5-minute radius are over 100 restaurants, clubs and pubs, plus many shops. Walk in nearby Cismigiu Park, one of the city's most beautiful open spaces.

Getting Around:
Very close to the apartment, at University Square, you will find a multitude of ways of transportation. Bus, Taxi, Bike Rentals and more. More important, you will find that everything is very close, parks, museums & lots of amazing restaurants.

Other Things to Note:
• Please note that for safety & security reasons, our home features both a video doorbell outside of the apartment as well as a noise monitoring system inside helping us prevent any potential disturbances to our neighbours.

• Access to the property is strictly limited to the guests included in the reservation. Unregistered guests are not allowed at any time. Unauthorised access or high-traffic activity (e.g. gatherings, commercial use) will be charged at full occupancy rate and may lead to immediate cancellation without refund.

• We reserve the right to carry out unannounced inspections of our home, if there is suspicion of inappropriate behaviour, illegal activities or possible damage to the space.

• The building features 2 small working elevators that can accommodate a max. of 2 persons at a time.

• In case of very windy weather and due to its top floor location, guests are expected to encounter some wind noises coming from the roofing of the building in the dining & terrace bedroom area.

• Due to its top floor location, guests are expected to occasionally encounter sounds coming from the elevator machinery, located on top of the building.

• If you require the use of the extendable couch during your stay, please let us know in advance so we can provide the necessary bedding. Since this is prepared only upon request, last-minute notices may not guarantee availability of linens.

• Please consider that the apt. features a closed terrace and it is located right next to the park, which means that you may encounter bugs or insects.

• If you are booking for commercial purposes (e.g. photoshoots), kindly notify us in advance with the details of your use of the property, as terms and pricing may vary.

• Guests are required to complete a Check In Form prior to their arrival which includes standard information (e.g. emergency contact number, etc.) as well as submitting a photo ID, as required by law, in accordance with art. 3, paragraph D of law nr. 237 from 2001 regarding guest access and registration in touristic structures.
