Urban Zen Den: Zero Fees To Meet Your Needs

Designed to meet your needs.
Open space kitchen with: a mini induction hob, microwave, sandwich maker, toaster, coffee maker (coffee capsules are free) and a chilling fridge.
Living room: extendable sofa that turns into a double bed, a chic dining corner + an iPad w/ useful apps, a drinking water dispenser (free), a dedicated workspace with electrical outlets and USB ports & a private WIFI router.
Bedroom: king size bed, TV, dressing, wireless chargers.
Bathroom: walk-in shower, bidet, washer.
The space
The apartment is located on the second floor in a 2 story villa that has stairs and an elevator. There is an entrance patio outside with trees and alleys.

Located in a clean and quiet building, Urban Zen Den is a private apartment with 1 bedroom, 1 living room, 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom, all to yourself.

I have designed and equipped the apartment with amenities that I would have wanted to find in a place if I were a guest.

Relaxing and efficient.
a. Coffee capsules for the coffee machine and flavored tea bags are free to use (house gifts)
b. The drinking water dispenser in the living room is free to use also. (hot/cold/room temperature drinking options).
c. Wi Fi is generated by an private router that outputs the signal through one 2.4Ghz band and one 5Ghz band receivable all over the apartment.(250Mbps Airbnb WiFi Test)
d. Wireless phone chargers are on the workspace desk in the Living Room and on each side of the bed in the bedroom.
e. You can find books, board games, some fitness gear and a piano in the bedroom. Also the TV has an HBO Max account. (It also has Netflix but with no account, you will need your own if you have it)
f. There is an Air Conditioning unit mounted in the middle of the apartment.
g. A free to use washing machine is located in the bathroom and you also have a small foldable clothing rack you can use (in the bedroom), as well as an iron + ironing board.

If you stay longer than a few days, you can always ask for a refill for coffee capsules, tea bags and water, but also toilet paper and other toiletries that run out absolutely free of charge. If you plan on staying in more than a week you can also request fresh bed linens, towels and blankets also with no additional cost.

There is a guidebook on my host profile which you can read for places to eat or just general info about Bucharest. Also you should know that using any maps app or just walking around the area, you will find at least a few different groceries and convenience stores. But you should know they close at night (some at 22:00, some at 21:00..)

I want you to feel truly comfortable during your stay, so please do not hesitate to ask me anything, no matter how small the issue you are confronting might be. I will gladly be at your service.

Please be sure to see if the check in/check out times for Urban Zen Den suit your needs before booking. (Early check in can be provided BUT it depends on how much cleaning needs to be done after the previous guest leaves. This means I can't say for sure until the day of your arrival. Please take this into consideration. There are no guarantees, but the matter can be discussed).

It is a self check in place and I will send you clear instructions on how to easily reach the apartment and how to get inside, one day before you arrive.
Guest access
You can park your vehicle right outside the building. There is always a free spot somewhere near by on the sidewalk (which perfectly legal and free of charge).
The apartment is located on the second floor of the villa with the red roof. If you follow the check in image instructions you will find it is rather easy to access the place. I will also be sending you a short clear instructional video in order to help facilitate the self check in.
