”What a place to stay. Incredible garden and surroundings. Breakfast was ok, nothing special. We didn't get eggs for the first two days, maybe because we're the only ones staying. The roads to Siena and Florence is not great and full of zig-zag. If you are staying here to visit those cities this place wouldn't be the best option. I wish I come back again, maybe in summer to relax in the pool! ”

”The check-in was a problem. Initially no one was there for check-in and we had to just sit and wait at 2:45 PM. Once someone arrived the individual had the personality of a blank sheet of paper and provided about as much information. There was no restaurant and initially the entire castle was locked down.
