”The hotel experienced a power outage (not their fault) but made no effort to mitigate the impact. Cold shower, no breakfast, no offer to make things easier in any way, and no offer of credit or refund. It was obvious that upper management had not given the desk clerk any options at all to deal with a crisis. ”

”The room it was pretty clean, this staff it's very attentive and respectful and the cleaning people was really nice and friendly. Way more than what we expect.!”

”Overall it was a good stay. A little noisy sometimes with foot traffic through the hallway and the above room. And the gym was nice but didn't have anything available to sanitize the equipment.”

”The staff was very polite. Just a note, if you book online and you have a pet, the pet fee is not included. You have to pay it when you check in. I truly enjoyed my stay. ”

”Clean and spacious rooms”

”The room was very well equipped very comfortable for a multi day stay. The shower is very large and hot water was on demand almost immediately. The breakfast bar was well equipped every day and the menu rotated every day as well so you didn’t feel like you were having the same food over and over again. Overall, one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in in the past five years at least.”

”The room was clean and the people were very accommodating. The only “issue” was the water pressure in the shower and if coffee makers in the room is a must have for someone this place ain’t that. They do offer coffee in the lobby though. Just the rooms don’t have them. Other than that the place is fine. The curtains are amazing! They blackout the room very well! The location is great. So much to do in that area and not hard to get to all the big areas from there with highway access so close. ”

”A little run down”

”Very loud occupants who woke us up all through the night banging doors and running up the stairs. The hotel room curtains were off the rail and had holes in them. There was no toothpaste, one tiny bottle of shampoo and two soaps. There was a heavy smell of weed throughout the property up until the room. The keypad on the door was broken. No breakfast was provided even though it was advertised as such. Very poor stay we didn’t sleep all night and had to leave at 6 am. The tub and toilet were...
