”Very consistent and reasonable price and friendly service all the time ”

”Upon our arrival it was a pile of ants above the door, crawling the walls, roof and door. I went to the office and was told to spray outdoor spray. No one every asked us if that resolved the bugs, if we were still having an issue, had we seen anything else. Absolutely noting. The walls are thin. You hear everything poor nsulation. You can't use tap and pay and they charge an extra $10 if paying in cash. They want you to book online/reserve online. ”

”This hotel was perfect for our stay in Cypress, Texas. The hotel looks and feels new inside and out. The rooms are clean and have a new feel to them. The staff is courteous, kind and professional. The hotel was quite in the evening allowing for a good nights sleep. I had a great experience!”

”Air conditioning was broken in our king suite and the hotel was booked solid but they gave us a standard double queen and bumped the reservation from a guest who hadn’t checked in yet (poor folks). When we got to the room, one of the beds had already been slept in but we had no other options so we slept in the other one. If you like a nice hot shower, let that dream die here, the water doesn’t get very hot and there’s not enough water pressure to even make it to the shower head. There is a $100...

”I had a really good and clean room. However, the area was different. I heard of Tomball, but never stayed in the area. The motel is adjacent to another hotel/motel that has a lot of people I think are suspect. Its just different. Nevertheless, I would stay here again. Lastly, it was peculiar that there were cows in a little pasture across the street and the service attendant was very accommodating. ”

”Easily accessed from the highway, easy check in, friendly staff. Our handicap accessible room was larger than any we have stayed in, and provided enough room for s wheelchair to move freely. Loved the decor, upbeat and welcoming. Loved the entire concept.”
