Loistava sijainti! Henkilökunta erittäin avuliasta ja kaikki palvelut toimivat. Huoneet siistit ja tyylikkäät. Mikään ei häirinnyt ja ilmastointi toimi loistavasti, vaikka ulkona 35c. Ehdottamasti uudestaan, jos hotelli Pestin puolella kiinnostaa. Liikenne alueella vähän tukossa johtuen ketjusillan remontista.

Aamupalafriikki
Hotelli on perussiisti ja sisustus wanna be old -meininkiä, ei haitannut mutta ei nyt sytyttänytkään. Alakerran rafla m-tähden rafla, ei testattu, koska finedining 3-vuotiaan kanssa ei vain toimi. Aamupala samassa raflassa oli perushyvä. Suomalaisille tärkeä puuro puuttui, mutta kätevää ottaa omat annospuurot ja pyytää tarjoilijalta kuumaa vettä. Päälle täydellisestä mansikkahilloa. Hillot siis hyviä, samoin myslit, murot, tuoreet leivät. Leikkeleet myös toimivia juustojen kanssa. Kokin tekemät munat loistavia (paistettu, uppomuna, keitetty, munakas yms). Hyvä peruskahvi. Jälkkäripöytä onneton, kuivia pullia ja leivoksia. Hedelmät ihan ok, tai vähän sen alle. Joka aamusta jäi kuitenkin hyvä fiilis, ei niitä jälkkäreitä aina tarvita.

The rooms were beautiful. The front desk staff is fantastic. I wish they had readable name rags so i could mention them. But Ana in the breakfast room was friendly and managed the people and their seating needs wonderfully. The hotel is on a quiet street, and very walkable.

The hotel is gorgeous and at an excellent location. My room had high ceilings and was very spacious. The duvet on the queen bed was in two parts and there was no cover sheet. There is a wellness center in the hotel which was a pleasant surprise - it's has a spa and gym with bike, treadmill, elliptical and some free weights. Negative was the shower: the detachable shower head apparatus in the bathroom is on a short hose and the mount on the short wall makes for a tight fitting and water ends up overspraying onto the floor. Also the ceiling just above the tub comes down quite a bit (the tub is a bit elevated) so a tall person has to duck to actually fit.

What an amazing property in a great location. Close to all the major tourist sites, yet, up a quiet street making the hotel tranquil. Rooms are lovely (got a free upgrade at check in) and the extra touches such as a bottle of wine and chocolates went a long way. Breakfast buffet had a lot of hot and cold options to choose from. Would stay here again if in Budapest

The setting of the hotel is unique that perhaps intends to present the classic setup of a Hungarian hotel. But, some furniture in the room appears too old and warn off. The staff and service persons are very friendly and helpful. Overall, I felt at home in the hotel environment.

I'm going to give my honest opinion. I'm not sure why this is rated a 4-star hotel. Yes, it looks pretty, but it's kind of like a mask. I don't understand how a Michelin star restaurant could have such a small bland spread for breakfast. Everyday the exact same things to ate, no variety. I actually ate breakfast at other restaurants for a few of the days cause I just couldn't eat there anymore. The jacuzzi was broken the whole time we were there. When I went down directly from the jacuzzi in the robe the hotel provided to tell them that the jacuzzi wasn't working and was met with a snarky attitude, and they even laughed as we were going up to the room. I wasn't going to go back up to change then back down just to tell them something in their hotel was broken. I informed them right away. I just beat cancer, I should be able to feel relaxed in my environment without being snickered at. Almost everything in the hotel doesn't work but I'm the joke? The internet and TVs...wow... been a while since I've been to a place that had such bad wifi/TVs. I had to buy a cable to attach my phone to the TV, download something first onto my phone in order to watch anything without the TV freezing. The TV is so old it didn't even have the ability to screenshare or use bluetooth. On the plus side we have nothing bad to say about most of the customer service. Everyone (except for those who were at the desk when the jacuzzi broke) were very kind and attentive.

Above all, let me assure you that the experienced service attitude does not match with our guest-minded service philosophy and it is absolutely unacceptable in our Prestige Hotel. We have several new Front Desk Colleagues. They are also great professionals, however the initial excitement may unintentionally result in such unfortunate issues. We have already reinforced the essential empathic attitude and proper complaint handling processes expected in our hotel.It is encouraging that you were generally content with the most of the staff. Thank you for sharing also your compliments.We managed to fix the jacuzzi for the last day of your stay, I am sorry that you were not informed about it.The modernization of TV system is an ongoing project. We have already changed almost all the TVs. I can honestly tell you that only 6 TVs left to change (in 5 suites and 1 room). It is truly regrettable that you did not have the chance to share your concerns on the spot, as we could have provided you a room change. We would have been pleased to offer you a street side suite (with mirroring compatibility TV ) subject to availability.Again, you cannot imagine how terribly sorry I am for your disappointment; please accept our deepest apologies for all the inconveniences encountered during your stay. Please be so kind to look upon this glitch in service as a one-off, as it is so far away from the high standards of service we strive to provide at all times.Your opinion and satisfaction is top priority for us, I hope that you appreciate our efforts. The staff was absolutely outstanding and so helpful. From making dinner reservations to helping us solve a flight problem - they went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Would recommend without reservation and stay here again in a heartbeat.

Amazing hotel, and we had a beautiful room. Concierge desk was very helpful. The hotel is in a perfect location to walk to tourist spots, plus is an easy walk to the bus and tram stop which will take you further. We also made use of the spa facilities, and the hot tub is a nice touch. We also used the hotel transport option to take us back to the airport in the morning, which was very efficient and spacious. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking to travel to Budapest.

The hotel was in an excellent location with lots of dining options close by. The room was large and spacious with a large and comfortable bed. The staff were professional and attentive. The only slight issue was that on check-in they could not find my booking under my name. However, with the booking reference they managed to find it. Overall, a brilliant stay in a lovely hotel.
