”This is a great basic room, right next to the ocean. There is nothing luxurious about it, but it's also priced accordingly. One small comment I would love to see the addition of a small corner desk and a tiny chair. So many of us travel and work it would be great to have a place to sit, and there is room for it in the rooms. Apart from that, it's a great stay for the money.”

”The room was very clean. Loved the shower room! Two outdoor pools and the hot tub were nice after a long day of riding bikes. We didn't get a chance to use the fire pit area but it was nice with some yard games. The check in was easy, nice little shop with coffee available in the morning. All staff members were friendly and helpful.”

”We had an amazing stay! It was a very busy 4th of July weekend at the Cape but Cape Cod Motor Inn was so peaceful and quiet! Our room was clean and well air-conditioned. And Gregg was very thoughtful and kind. We appreciated the list of bar recommendations he gave us to watch the World Cup!”

”The pool water was murky/dirty upon check in on July 3. A sign stated that the pool would be inspected on July 15. It should have been repaired prior to the July 4th holiday! There has been a great change from last year's owners. We have stayed there several years in a row and the pool was clean. The breakfast hours have been reduced from 7 am to 9 am instead of 10 am.
