”We were extremely disappointed in the restaurant. We saw now staff and several tables not cleaned off. A couple that were leaving told us the service was terrible and the food was not good. So, we went to the coffee shop. I hope the restaurant issues can be improved. We used to love going there!!!!! The hotel is wonderful, aside from that!!!”

”The receptionist was great and friendly. The grounds are old and weathered. The overall stay was just ok. But the showered in the room was not clean. The shower door was covered in soap scum and the inside of the door was disgusting. It hadn't been cleaned at all. ”

”Room was very nice had problems with the shower hard to turn on could have been a better breakfast but it's Continental staff was very welcoming”

”I stayed for 5 nights and my towels and wash cloths were only replaced on the first night other than that they never came in the room too clean or replace anything. There were stains everywhere the toilet seat, the fridge had stains and chunks of old spilt food, the blankets and sheets and all were covered in stains. The rooms look nothing like the “remodeled” pictures your seeing in the listing.”

”The air conditioner was great but could not get the tv to work. We were both afraid of the door to join the rooms.”

”Naomi is very kind and hospitable, a wonderful host. It’s an old house that’s been renovated, has a an old time classic feel, very comfortable.”

”We did indulge in the pool but we came at a time of the year were it’s probably not ideal to swim in a pool if it’s not heated but that didn’t stop my family from trying it out because it was a beautiful and perfect pool. :)”

”This entire place was EXCELLENT! All of the staff were accommodating and friendly. I stayed for 7 days to visit with my son while he graduated from the US Army Airborne School at Fort Benning. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!”

”This property is a hidden gem. The outer appearance is appealing which leads you to the well-maintained inside. There was plenty of room for our guests and the hosts were very responsive and courteous. We will definitely be back the next time we're in the area. ”

”The pool was not available. The breakfast could have been a little better. The eggs were piggy and wet. All juice except orange came out like water”

”Kitchen was not totally equipped. Chairs in very rough condition. Toilet seat very loose. I had to tighten to make useable. Had some issues with TV. Hallway carpet dirty and very worn. Staff very nice and accommodating. ”

”The staff left a note saying they went home for the night. Called number mailbox full. Had to find a different place to stay”

”The hotel was nice the problem is they didn’t let us know the pool wasn’t open until we got there and that was our reason for getting that hotel… I believe we should have gotten a discount ”

”Room very out dated smells musty roaches on counter Sunday morning was found. Friday and sat night room had been open by someone tv was turned on and microwave was open. Not at all a good hotel ”
