Other things to keep in mind
The apartment is located just one block from the Banfield station. Due to its proximity to the train tracks, you may hear trains passing by at certain times of the day. For your peace of mind and safety, the building’s entrance is equipped with exterior cameras aimed exclusively at the entrances and the street. There are no cameras inside the apartment.
