”The hotel is located right besides the basilica with superb views of the mountains and immediate access to the road leading to the Covadonga lakes. It has the character of a mountain lodge. The breakfast is simple and the restaurant while not gourmet is a very good option to finish a day of exploration.”

”Very nice restored hotel in an old monastery. I can’t believe nuns lived in such opulent quarters and such large rooms! Wonderful staff and excellent breakfast. The only thing I would say is please replace all the beds with king/2 meter wide ones. The small bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on. Also they have a new building with balconies, but I was never offered that option thru Expedia. I would have preferred a room with a king bed and balcony, but they only offered Standard on Expedia ”
”Unique mountain landscape surrounding a hillside village, with the resort set almost at the top. Fabulous facilities, very comfortable room and great staff. Loved the infinity pool looking out onto the mountains. Would love to come back.
