I wanted to take a moment to share feedback regarding my recent stay at your downtown Buffalo location. While I had initially considered posting a photo to social media, I decided it would be more constructive to reach out directly.
Upon exiting our room (1212), we were immediately met with a large, unsightly stain on the carpet—a detail that left a poor first impression. Additionally, the front desk staff member who checked us in was neither welcoming nor courteous, which further impacted the quality of our stay. As loyal Hilton guests, we expect a higher standard of hospitality and cleanliness, consistent with the brand’s reputation.
This trip was particularly meaningful for our family, as we were visiting Buffalo to help our only child begin their first year at Buffalo State University. We anticipate making many trips to the area over the coming year. Unfortunately, based on this experience, Hilton Downtown Buffalo will not be our preferred choice for future visits.
