”They wouldn’t honor my reservation said last time I stayed I destroyed the room which was a lie the took my money for one night n lied about me staying there. The guy behind the desk wasn’t helpful at all. Barely spoke English then the other guy I delt with was a complete jerk. Then I tried to get Expedia to help get my money back and got told since the motel said I stayed there one night there wasn’t anything they could do so I’m done with Expedia and will not and I repeat will not ever use...

”Room was clean, staff was friendly! The room was comfortable, the only complaint was a few things regarding the bathroom: sliding door on the bathroom didn't allow for a lot of privacy, and it was very heavy and loud on the track! There was also zero ventilation in the bathroom, which made it temporarily very humid in our room. Otherwise would recommend!”

”Happy that we got so much space—a two-bedroom kitchenette suite with a balcony—but this is not a walkable space. If we had not had our car, we would have been stranded in the suburbs in a business park. —Also, there is no room service ; you must use DoorDash if you want food once you’re tucked in. Beyond that, they only do room cleaning once a week, but we were able to get towels and to put our trash out each morning, which is a bonus. ”Rooms were nice & comfortable with plenty of parking. Our rooms were mixed up and two of our party were booked in the same room. Ultimately neither party ended up with that room.”

”This is a fantastic hotel for a family. First the waterpark. Super fun for adults and kids. They offer food and drinks for kids and adult beverages. The hotel has a bar and restaurant . But there is a Dave and Busters in the parking lot, Chic filet across the street , Dollar Tree , Crumbl Cookie and any other eating place or shopping place you could imagine is right there. Room was nice with bunk beds for the kids. Big parking lot. Would stay again for sure”
