Staff was good enough to assign us a first floor room near the dog service area which was perfect the fitness center might as well not exist I never give bad reviews usually just keep them to myself but this is not a good place to stay”

”Abandoned at 2:30 AM, Stranded Outside for 4 Hours Do NOT book this hotel if you plan to check in late at night. I booked this hotel through Expedia with a confirmed check-in around 2:30 AM. Drove all the way from Virginia. When we arrived, there was absolutely no one at the front desk, the place was completely unstaffed. Called the hotel's own phone number and was told to "request a refund." That's it. No apology, no alternative, no help. My wife and I were left standing outside the hotel...

”The only problem I had is that when we got there, it was like 10° outside and there was absolutely no heat on in that room whatsoever so you can imagine how cold it was in there. We sat in there with our coats on for two hours to get the room to a point where it was warm enough to take our coats off”

”This hotel was fine/comfortable for sleeping, but it definitely had some odd things. I was there for 5 night a a dirty laundry bin was outside my room for 5 days. After two nights I called the front desk to ask if they did daily housekeeping and was told "yes" but my room hadn't been touched after 3 days. ”The staff was the best thing about the place. Super friendly and helpful. This is an old hotel and it shows. Our room was clean but the bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were terrible. The light over our bed didn't work so it was pretty dark in the room. The only vending they have is ice and water. No coffee, soda or snacks. The rates were cheap so we didn't expect much. I don't think I would stay there again but if you are looking for nothing fancy with low rates this place will do.”
