”Good location ”

”The room was spacious and immaculate. The food was delicious. The grounds and all well maintained. My only complaint is the beds are hard. At 1 AM, I took the quilt out of the duvet cover and laid it on top of the bottom sheet to help pad the mattress. It wasn't great but it was much better. But everything else was stellar.”

”This hotel is certainly run down and could use some updates. The shower floor felt very spongy, like you could step right through it. We also found a pill in the room (assuming a gel Tylenol but not certain.) The carpet also felt a little damp- like it needed a dehumidifier for the room. Unfortunately the sleeping arrangements were not as pleasant either. Easily heard our neighbors down the hall and upstairs at all times of the night. Unfortunately very disappointed with the accommodations.”

”A perfectly serviceable place to stay. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. We had to turn down the A/C but that’s always a matter of preference. The staff were very friendly. The breakfasts were just okay — we really don’t expect much. We’d definitely stay at the hotel again.”

”We are from Florida were in the area for a funeral and our local family recommended staying here. We only needed to be here one night, but it was convenient, the staff were helpful as we arrived late, it was clean and the breakfast was adequate.”

”The furniture in the room was worn out. The door to the bathroom was broken. The threshold into the bathroom had bare metal rails that could cut bare feet, the toilet was wobbly, the floors were dirty and the shower controls were hanging off the wall…I did not use the shower because of the poor shape the bathroom was in. All of the items were communicated to the front desk staff. The only redeeming aspect to the room was clean linens. I will never stay there again.”

”We loved having a mini kitchen in the room - such a convenient location to run to the grocery store - plenty of room in the fridge to store food. Full-sized coffee pot was fantastic. The breakfasts were good. Typical ham, sausage, bacon and eggs several different ways. Yogurt and berries and cottage cheese, bagels, toast, and waffles, too. ”First room they put us in was terrible it smelled like cat urine then after they did change room but it wasnt any better so we just left i was creeped out”

”The bed was fine and we slept well. The handicapped bathroom was poorly converted and, after a shower, the floor was in about 1 inch of water. They vacuumed it and brought towels for the second shower -to build a dam! Didn’t work as the shower drain water came up in the unfinished drain of the bathroom floor. They came to pick up all the towels, give us new towels and tissues as the tissue box had only had 2 tissues left when we arrived. The bottom of the bathroom wall looked like it was removed...

”Place is very run down and clearly was just recently reopened. Renovations are currently underway but until then, the place is not great.”
