”Breakfast was nice. Side table was not on bracket correctly and fell on my wife’s foot, broke a toe and ripped anouther toenail off. Should’ve been noticed by staff cleaning before us.”

”Nice basic hotel and decent price. Staff almost never at front desk. My key card didn't work on checkout day, and I finally had to call police to get hold of staff to let me into room to get luggage. Other than staff never being around, a pleasant experience.”

”If you don’t want to offer smoking rooms, don’t offer smoking rooms, don’t just palm off the worst rooms to smokers. When I arrived the room was cold and I couldn’t get the heating to work. I went back to reception and the manager came over, he put the heating dials on one very specific setting and it did get warm, but only for a while then it started blowing cool again. The mattress was okay but the pillows were lumpy and it’s a good thing it was a king bed because I could at least fold the...

”The pool was full of kids. We couldn’t enjoy it at all. There were only 6 vehicles there so i don’t know where they all came from. Room 124 needs new mattress toppers preferably 4 in. Memory foam. My dog enjoyed the extra bed. Paid 15.00 extra for her.”
