”This property was beautiful, in a safe area, and close to most attractions in the Atlanta area. It was a very clean, well-appointed property. They had some food staples in the pantry and fridge which was unexpected. Everything you need to cook was there, as well as pillows, blankets and clean sheets. Beds were very comfortable. There was a full kitchen, 2 full bedrooms and 1.5 baths. The only complaint we had was that the jets on the jetted tub didn't work. Overall a comfortable and pleasant...

”Everything was great - very quiet neighborhood. Very large kitchen and living room and master bedroom and bath are large. The other bedroom very good size, plenty of closet space. Beds are very comfortable! House was very clean and just as pictured. There is a full size coffee maker. Patio was nice and private. Patrick was great - very quick to respond. I would highly recommend!”

”We were in Gainesville due to a family member being in the hospital. This house was the perfect location and set up for what we needed. Communication with Chris was awesome and he was extremely helpful when we needed to book an extra night. Plus, we got to see numerous deer every day!”

”I didn't get in til late and had never booked a stay with the host in the residence at the same time but Girum was very hospitable and helpful. I was able to do a load of laundry and it was nice to have a mini fridge for my food upstairs too. It was genuinely such a comfortable and peaceful stay -and he even texted me to let me know I forgot my charger after I left. I asked him if he could ship it to me and I'd pay him back and he said yes. Girum is honestly the best!! I would recommend anyone...
