Outside this amazing property you will find a large chlorine swimming pool with dimensions of 12m x 6m and a depth range from 1.10m to 2.20m. The little ones will be able to run and play to their heart's content thanks to the extensive 50m2 garden. The interior of the house is divided into two floors and has oil central heating. With a stately style, on the ground floor you will find a nice living room open to the dining room and the kitchen, which is gas, and has all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. When it's time to sleep, there are 3 bedrooms on this floor with a fan. The first bedroom has a double bed, direct access to a small independent terrace in the garden and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The nearest and most beautiful beaches are Alcudia beach, Pollensa beach and Muro beach, which are only 30 minutes away by car. Furthermore, the region has several tourist attractions such as the Albufera Natural Park, the Puig de Maria or the weekly market of Inca, which is one of the biggest and most popular of the island.
