”Yövyimme tässä hotellissa 3 yötä. Todella hyvällä sijainnilla, josta lyhyt kävelymatka muutamaan ostoskeskukseen shoppailemaan. Huoneet isoja ja hyvin varusteltuja. Aamupala oli hotellin tasoon nähden vähän suppea. Ehkä ainut miinus oli, että ainakaan skypoolille ei saanut minkäänlaista tarjoilua, kysyimme olisiko voinut syödä siellä huonepalvelusta tilattua ruokaa mutta se kiellettiin”

”Great stay, friendly service and good breakfast. The pool seemed a bit small considering the amount of rooms. Would stay again.”

”This hotel is near enough the Bukit Bintang shopping areas to walk, but far enough that it doesn’t feel so hectic. Ongoing construction around the hotel though make the walk to Pavilion and Lot 10 a little difficult but nothing too bad. Peak hour traffic in the area though has intensified in the last few years, so expect jams coming to and leaving the hotel. ”

”Excellent stay I have to say. Check in was chaotic and should be improved. Hotel sent a basket of fruit as an apology. Staff excellent. Great area to stay. Would definitely return. ”

”Only positive thing in this hotel was the location - easy to arrive, even easier to depart. But, the staff is not aware of what customer service is - I knew the malaysian ain’t the friendliest in Asia, but these guys could still drop the bar (especially this dude Sahrum at the reception). The rate was higher that Hilton in Chow Kit, but the room was hot, AC was noisy af and the bed was the hardest thing I’ve ever laid myself on. This hotel has mos def nothing to do with the term Royal.”
