”Great location to hold my husbands 70th birthday with our family and plenty of room for us all to relax and enjoy the very comfortable large home. Property could use some maintenance and repairs. Cleanliness was not to my liking and needs a really good deep clean. Overall didn’t stop us from enjoying our stay.”

”The location to the off leash dog beach was fantastic and short drive to other locations, such as Nelson Bay, Shoal Bay, the Lighthouse and more. The property was great for 4 people with plenty of room. ”

”The wifi password was the wrong one and router was out of reach. Also complementary it is 2025 and wifi is nowadays a pretty basic service... The owner/agent tried to resolved but it was not at the end.the cleanliness of the place was questionable:the dishwasher wasn't unloadedthe shower was full of sand other area of the property didn't look the cleaniest ”

”Location perfect, house was lovely. Beds fantastic. Was not a modern home but it was perfect for our families. The other reviews did have me very worried about our stay but I was very pleasantly surprised. The patio and views were just spectacular. The is no TV upstairs but we actually loved that. Please don’t let the previous reviews stop you from booking. We had a great holiday. ”

”Such a beautiful house, we had a super comfortable stay. The yard was perfect for our fur babies, they had plenty of space to run around. Kitchen was fully equipped and there were even a few games for the kids to play. Would definitely stay here again ”

”The house is located in a cul de sac - perfect for little kids to play infront of house and on the street as well as only a short stroll to beach. It s incredibly well equipped not only the kitchen but lots of entertainment ie dvds books games etc. We were very happy in this house, highly recommended! ”

”A lovely home but not ideal for 8 women who have not seen each other for a while and were a bit excited. We constantly had to remind ourselves when outside on the balcony. Neighbours deliberately stood in the street and counted heads and may have recorded us talking. Great home and facilities and location.”

”The most spectacular 360 degree of the Manning Valley. The tiny house had floor to ceiling windows to lay in bed and watch the stars and sunrise. Lots of local small towns to explore. A gorgeous, peaceful, good for the soul weekend. Highly recommended for stress relief and total brain/digital decompress. ”

”the location of the unit was great, having 3 bedrooms was great. the showers were a disgrace, leaked all the time and the one in main room is so bad you can't even stand under the water for a shower as the arm does not come out far enough. we all had to share showers and there were 6 of us. the windows were dirty, the kitchen benches handles etc were so gritty you had to was your hands after opening a drawer. the outside areas were so dirty we could not even go out there. the photos online are...
