Dear Mr. Daniel, First of all we want to apologize for the situation very late in the night with your check-in which was not possible. But please let me explain a few importend points: You booked over Hotels.com a Last Minute Booking with us at 1.00AM after midnight even with the knowledge that the latest check-in is on 22.30PM possible as you confirm in your review here. Then you arrived at 2.20AM in the morning (!) and you tried to check in with our Night Security who is not able to do that because Frontdesk is already closed and our Computersys is shot down since 22.30PM And there is NO STAFF available at that late night time (2.20AM) to check-in and also according to the Government Covid-19 restriction and health protocols, we are not allowed to make check-ins that late otherwise we as a Hotel risk to lose our Corona-Operating-License for the Hotel during the Corona Crises, you shall know that. We also have already agreed with EXPEDIA (Hotels.com) that they can REFUND your last minute booking, whichone is actually not refundable. Again we want apologize and say sorry for problems caused. Dear Tony, from Australia, First of all thanks for staying with us and our apology for a few things been happened during your stay. But let me explain and bring it in the right way: The Shower head was not broken, it just spreed also water sideward which you didn’t like – we fixed it. The Aircondition cooling was a problem because the PLN Indonesia Powersupplier provide us with only 160Volt electricity (unfortunately still often happened) and then ist a problem with Power units like AC, but sorry not our fault, cause we cant do nothing against it. We gave you another room (wich was the lastone free) and you right there was no hot water in washbowl and bathtub, but in Shower – we had a waterleak with the hotwater pipe and had to shut it down. Sorry for that too, but there was no way to fix that because we have to open walls (noisey-have to wait until no Guest in Hotel)– in the meantime its repaired and fully functional. About your meal, I remember we spoke about, it was a tiny part of the Pork which was a little undercooked (not row) and you said, no problem, when we want offer you to replace it. Furthermore we do not say we are are 4 Star Hotel and also we do not say we have any Bed bigger then a Kingsize 2,00x2,00meter - this is made up by your Online Travel Agency WOTIF and we cat change that on our own, no access you that descriptions on there Platforms I the Internet - you will not find any of those description on our official webpages when you book directly with us And btwits nearly impossible to find a 2,25m bed in any Hotel in Bali. Furthermore we asked you why you want check out earlier , and your answer was you and your girlfriend (or wife) cant do anything in Lovina (you got bored) and you also said that it was OK to stay with us and there is nothing bad to write about our Hotel and after all its not your style to complain over Interne

we zijn zeer bedroefd toen we deze recensie te lezen, want dit is niet de waarheid. wat voor reden was waardoor je zo upsaid over uw verblijf bij ons, het was zeker niet wat je hier schrijft. we weten allebei dat. Hoe dan ook, laat mne één ding zeggen, we zijn op een hoogte standaard van dagelijkse schoonmaak en onderhoud, dit is onze prioriteit! En we appriciate Anonymous beoordelingen, omdat we niet kunnen controleren welke gast was - of misschien heb je nog nooit een gast in ons Hotel geweest? We weten niet!

Dear Mr. Adam, You booked 2 times with us over the Internet (not directly with us), one Booking was from the ONLINE company here and a week later from another ONLINE Agency, each Booking was for 1 night. You didn’t cancel second booking and also didn’t show up, and now claim we used your CreditCard for this booking, which is totally untrue, because we never been in possession of your CreditCrad Data. Your first Booking was PRE-paid and after you checked out our records show that there was no bill to pay for Food or Beverage. Sorry but its also untrue what you write here that you used your CreditCard only in our Hotel, you didn’t used it at all. in our Hotel, because there was nothing whatsoever to pay! Explanation for an eventuell reason for double-booking: We had a massice MALWARE virus attack on our public WiFi sys which all Guest using and unfortunatelly also our Frontdesk and Office computers were infected. That was happened at those times you booked with us over Online Travelagencys in the Internet, we had let check the WiFi sys from our Provider TELKOM Indonesia after that incident, and the confirmed the virus problems and the been immediately removed and our Sys made more secure and safe. This things happened and not our fault. You Mr. Adam were not able to communicate with us briefly to clear that issue and we are very sorry that it was even happend, but you just accuse us wrong in your review here. The second Booking which you not used, was canceled and REFUND by the online agency, you got the money back. Best regards from Bali, Mr. Made General Manager
