”Clean rooms, staff ❤️”

”the food for breakfast that you offered tasted like cardboard the oatmeal was runny not oatmeal the orange juice was not orange juice eggs and meat on both days were not eggs or meat they all looked like food but the food was not the real deal other than the breakfast food and it was NOT the preparers it was the food ... the staff and the room were execellent it was the food that was disapointing coffee was good also if i am paying 800 for 2 nights i expect real food ”

”Breakfast time was great. Staff there were attentive. Wish they had more opinions but free us free. However!!!! Not having supervision in the pool was ridiculous, drinking adults with family there and disruptive kids being disrespectful and when we told someone nothing was done! And they found Knox knock zoom zoom so funny and again NOTHING WAS DONE! ”

”There was no remote for the TV and we asked several times for help getting one. There is no onsite help. There was absolutely no parking available even though it was stated " plenty of free parking on 39th street" this is just absolutely not true. The local people laughed when asked about street parking being available. The check out process was unclear as I couldn't get the key box to open back to depsosit the key back. The studio was really pretty dirty and only 2 bath towels for 2...

”Hotel is beautiful; lobby area great-seating & indoor fireplace, can relax with your group. Great rooftop patio with tables & seats-you can take beverages and food from 1st floor restaurant/bar up to enjoy view of Monongahela River. Restaurant/bar area was welcoming & open til 10 pm. ”I will not return to this establishment again. My room didn"t match the photo and the shower bursting on us in middle night and us having to switch rooms at midnight was very frustrating and to see that i wasnt comp. For the inconvience is insanity on their end i never go there again. ”

”There was no working tv and no one on the premises to help. There was construction out side the building and they started running a jackhammer at 5 am. Drunk football fans keep us up till 3 am partying.”

”Room was clean. Staff were very courteous and helpful. Breakfast was basic. Parking was in the city garage with first 3 hours free but overnight $16. Overall good place with some shopping and restaurants, and ice cream places nearby.”
