”The apartment we rented had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. There were dirty linens, dirty handprints on doors and light switches, and when we stripped the bed linens prior to checkout there was a blood stain on the pillow. Yuck!”

”We stayed just one night to help our son move to an off campus house near Pitt. Our room was large and lovely - a grand old building lovingly restored. Parking right there and no extra charge.
